About Us
Award Leadwork was set up by people who have spent years in construction and the built environment. We were fed up with awards that felt like marketing exercises, where the biggest budget won.
We wanted to create something that put craft first. Awards that anyone could enter, whatever their company size, and where the judging was honest, knowledgeable and fair.
Our judges come from across the trades: roofers, conservation specialists, site managers and educators. They know what good looks like because they have done it themselves.
We are independent, not tied to any particular trade body or supplier. Our only allegiance is to the work, and to the men and women who take pride in doing it properly.
